Look at this chart and think for a while.
Does it look like a feasible way to enter the social media world for your company? Think again!
What we see here is a traditional and engineering driven approach to build a machine that will work in a social context. Even if you succeed in implementing all these steps in your organization it will most likely still not work. It would be similar to build a social robot that would be successful at cocktail parties by organizing 30 people to run different parts of the machine.
