Electrodermal Testing & Face Expression Recognition Tools | Affectiva
We are connecting closer and closer to our tools. With Affectiva, the computer, smartphone or car can now even understand our emotional reactions by an ordinary video camera and/or a sensor touching your skin. It is already being used for collecting reactions from surveys for marketing purposes.
I can also imagine we can use it to accumulate usersemotional reactions to e g frustrating software interfaces and send the information back to the developers (in form of direct stimulation of the brain or just electrical shocks??)… I wonder how many Microsoft or SAP developers would survive that feedback?
