Algorithmization of our society is opening it up to a wide array of technical threats e g computer viruses in everything running sufficiently complicated computer algorithms. This article points to the important aspect of when these vulnerabilities becomes critical to important parts of our society because they fall under obsolete regulations. Regulations which comes from an age when the things being regulated still were stupid devices without advanced information processing, decision making or communication capabilities. Neither were they core components of our society; they were just stupid and silent tools that just sat there and waited for a human to take action. This is increasingly not the case…
