Really interesting title! It seems from the short preview that he doesn’t mention the things I use to talk about i e the changing power structure due to radically boosted individual capabilities inheritant in moden communication technologies. I can’t find this lates issue of Foreign Affairs on my universities electronic library yet though! Gahhh!

China now no. 1 in CO2 emissions; USA in second... →
Another source confirmning China is no 1 in CO2 emissions… It i always nice to have a confirmation that the defined bad guy is also turn up to really be the bad guy (*irony*)! US failed with Saddam Hussein when they yelled “He’s got a gun!” when they stormed Iraque, but this time they seems to be right!
